We are happy to accept returns within fourteen days if you do not like your purchase, please contact us by email or telephone before returning your purchase. This excludes any altered or personalised items.
This does not affect your statutory rights if the goods are found to be faulty.
SHIPPING INFO
All UK purchases over £25.00 will be posted free of charge by Royal Mail Signed for delivery, and purchases over £60.00 will be sent by next day Special Delivery, guaranteed by 1:00pm.
All UK purchases under £25.00 will be posted at a cost of £3.50, by Royal Mail signed for delivery, with a normally expected arrival of 2-3 working days. If you require the goods urgently, then next day guaranteed Special Delivery can be arranged at a cost of £6.00.
